Regarding e-mail addresses, most companies who are true, established importers do not give out their e-mail addresses unless they are interested in your products. To develop international sales, you will have to mail a letter with a brochure on your fine products to these companies and include your e-mail address. Please make sure to include all specifications and payment and shipping terms. Once they receive your letter and are interested in your product line, they will certainly e-mail you directly. We have found that most "traders" that are willing to give out their e-mail addresses are actually brokers that are trying to go between manufacturers and true importers, and who do not offer any real services such as financing, logistics, etc. To develop international sales, you cannot rely on e-mails to start business, but as a communication tool once a relationship is developed.
